Our LIFE Magazines Collection (the big red books next to our course reserves behind Blu's desk)

Once in a blue moon a patron will request one of our LIFE Magazine volumes. They are the big red books next to the course reserves behind Blu's desk. Although these books cannot be checked out, the patron may view them in house just like any other reference or periodical. I have placed a calendar on the shelf next to the collection to keep track of the viewed volumes. When a patron requests a volume, all you have to do is make a mark on the current calendar day.
