We had a group that had the practice presentation room from 7pm-9pm and when their time was up they came up to renew their reservation, however, only the bag got renewed and a new reservation was never made. In situations as these, if there is not a reservation behind them and they want the room for longer then here is the correct process for this:
A different person than the one that made the first reservation will need to be put in the room reservation system. That person, will also need to fill out a new sign in form.
The reason it needs to be done this way is if the person that made the first reservation left, and a if damage was inflicted on the room, the person that made the reservation would be held responsible. It also helps us keep track of who is in the room so that another reservation will not be made while they are in the room.
