Please don't forget to log TexShare card stats when you put them in the folder. They also need to be filed in alphabetical order (by last name) that way we can locate someone quickly if need be. Also, I found an original TexShare card application in the folder. If someone fills out an application here, please make a copy of that application to be filed, then shred the original. We do it this way so that it is the same size paper as the rest and does not get torn out easily.
