Reminders

Hey Everyone,


I just wanted to do a few general reminders on somethings that we noticed.


When going to unlock a study room for someone, please remember to lock it back. & to ask the people in the rooms to please shut them door behind them when they leave.
 You can do this by turning the key all the way to the left until you hear it click. By keeping the doors locked it helps prevent people from entering that do not have a reservation and us having to kick them out later.


We have found several books that have been returned to us that do not have the stuffies in them. Please remember to place a stuffy in the book once you check it out. This prevents the alarm from sounding. And in reverse, always remember to remove the stuffy so that students cannot leave the library with library materials without first checking them out.


If you find an item that needs to go to mending, give it to a supervisor so that we can check it out to mending and get the process started to get it repaired. If a supervisor is unavailable. Put it on their desk with a note explaining the damage.

Lastly, please message me your final exams schedule as soon as possible so that once the overnight study hours for that week is determined I can start working on the schedule.
