Thank you for your
suggestion. We are currently updating
procedure guides for the staff to use and as they are completed we will post
those on the secure web page for you to refer to as needed. Answering questions with these guides won't
be any faster than using the internet if a student doesn't actively familiarize
themselves with the material. The
questions we ask you to answer in Part 1 of the triathlon are things we expect
you to know very quickly or to at least know exactly where the answer is located. If you have down time while working the
circulation desk, take advantage of the opportunity to familiarize yourself
with our website and resources. You'll
be able to answer questions quicker in the future if you actively refresh your
memory.

Survey Response 3
This may be a really weird idea considering the fact that
we all already help each other out, but I was noticing going through the
project packet we are doing, I know a lot but some of them I have a hard time
finding other answers. The use of the internet is actually much more exhausting
because by the time we find the answer were looking for, 10min have passed. So
this is may be a lil outgoing but what if we had a manual that we can just
study out of and we may actually learn how to do our jobs more efficiently?
