I just wanted to reinforce what Ginger has said about double checking IDs. There has been a case where I had 2 patrons who had the same first and last name -- and the middle initial was the same! So please be very aware when looking up patrons by name; if there are two names that pop up verify the middle initial. If they are the same ask the patron to verify their ID number. This is the one time that we want to use their ID number.
Just think how you would feel if someone inadvertently had items checked out on your account and they were overdue! So, please take the extra time to verify the name and the ID. You can also check the address and email, but many times the address is different.

New procedures for dusting! Yay! Due to the silverfish infestation we will be changing the procedure for dusting. If you find something that may look a little off, bring it down and let one of us look at it.
