Fine Appeal Forms

It's that time of year again that we are most likely going to start having a lot of people trying to fight their fines whether it be a book or laptop fine. When this situation happens, please get them to fill out a "fine appeal form" they are located in the drawer below the cash drawer. Explain to them that they will need to fill out the form in its entirety and to include as much information as possible on what grounds they are trying to appeal the fine. Also, tell them that Kym Schow will be the one that either approves or denies the appeal and that she has one week from the time she receives it. It is very important that they fill out the form rather than coming in to talk to Kym or sending her an email in order for her to have a written record of the request. Thanks!
